Families of Pack 901,

We need help!  Our awards chair, T-Shirt sales, and webmaster need replacements.

Awards Chair:  Purchases the awards for pack meetings.  Requires about 1 trip to the scout shop each month to get awards.  Actually ends up being about 7 trips per year.

Northwest River Park
1733 Indian Creek Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322
April 20-21, 2024

Please sign-up by February 25th to guarantee a space for your family.
- We will need to rent separate campsites at this location.  We are going to attempt to rent all of the campsites in the same general location.
- There is a $20 fee per family for the campsite.  Fee must be paid to the Pack Treasurer.   Campsites will be paid for when we book them end-February.
- Each Den will be responsible for their own meals and will have a separate meal preparation area at their campsite location.  Please coordinate meal plans with your respective Den Leaders.  Families will need to contribute money to help pay for food for their Den.
- If you do not want to camp, but want to attend for the day please annotate that on the sign up. There is no charge for a campsite if you attend for the day.  There will be a fee if you have meals with your Den.
- Please note how many family members are coming on the sign-up.
- Please fill out medical forms A and B for each person attending. We will collect them in April prior to the campout.  Den and Pack Leaders need to know about allergies, medications, and any medical conditions in case of emergency.
- We will start at 9:30 AM after breakfast Saturday morning for a fun day of Den adventures, games, hiking, a campfire, and a Scout's Own service Sunday morning.  We will finish at 9:30 AM Sunday morning.  Detailed agenda to follow.
- Goal is to have electricity and running water at each campsite.  This campground also has restrooms with running water.
**If you want to campout Friday night in additon to Saturday please annotate that on the sign up.  There will not be any scheduled Pack activities until 9:30 Saturday morning.
