Hey Scout families!

This is a quick reminder that the deadline for all in-person popcorn sales and camp card sales is October 30.  This means that your last chance to submit orders or payments at a regular meeting is during the FALL FROLIC this Saturday.   If you need to make other arrangements please do so by contacting Pam Duenas.

Hey Parents!  We could really use your help!  We are looking to identify a new Treasurer as well as Assistant Cubmaster and Advancement Chair for our Pack!  Pack Treasurer is truly an essential position on our Pack Committee.  Jessica Harrison has been doing a fantastic job for us but she will be moving on when her son crosses over in March.  We would love to sign up a new Treasurer for submission with our recharter paperwork!  Jessica is happy to help show interested members the ropes and answer questions. 

Hello parents!  Leaders voted over the summer to maintain our 2019-2020 budget for the 2020-2021 scouting year.  What does this mean?

Our dues are $167.50 per scout.  We ask for an initial payment of $100 before October 1 or $110 after October 1 with a second payment in December/January $67.50 if you do not choose to participate in fundraising.  The 2019-2020 budget was based on each scout selling $178 of popcorn in person for a total of $8750 and in large part was dependent on our Scouts participating in Show and Sell booths at local businesses.  Show and Sell booths are less possible under present conditions. 

Today is the end of our third popcorn pre-order period.  Please send all orders to Pam Duenas at jpduenas@yahoo.com or popcorn@pack901.com . 

If you would like to check out product to sell, please contact Pam to make arrangements to do so.  Pam will be taking money and orders and delivering popcorn if possible at both the Pack hike and the Pack Meeting this weekend.
